Total Cholesterol Complex, Promote Optimal Cholesterol Level (60 Capsules)

I like that there aren't a lot of ingredients in these. This is one of the supplements that are hard to review, because they work in the background and it is hard to tell if they are working. I know my cholesterol was slightly high for my last lab work, so I'm hoping that the numbers will be more in the normal range on my next test. These are a good price for what you get, and they are easy on my stomach. So no complaints

These are medium size white white capsules that have no odor and no taste. They are easy to swallow. 📚 With a minimal ingredient list and no preservatives, artificial colors or flavors, sugar or wax. This looks like a high quality product and I love that it's Made in the USA! 📚 Summary… high quality, easy to take, I have I have confidence in this product👍👍

I’ve been taking these cholesterol supplements for a month and have reached my ideal cholesterol levels. While I did cut down on unhealthy eating as well, I’ve not had a more profound effect before. If you’re on the fence about these, I highly recommend to go ahead and try them out. The ingredients are all great, and the results are phenomenal. There’s no needless additives or artificial ingredients. The pills are easy to swallow, tasteless, and don’t have any unpleasant side effects. They’re much better than taking drugs.

I don't want to take prescription medications, so I was looking for something more suitable like the red yeast rice. The prescriptions tend to give poor side effects, so something natural like this was the plan. 2 pills a day to help lower cholesterol without the side effects. The pills are easy to swallow without issue. Not too large and not bitter or with a nasty taste. With diet and exercise, the pills can get you to a normal healthy level.

I haven't had my cholesterol checked since starting these. I do know the ingredients are theoretically supposed to lower cholesterol and my Dr is reluctant to put me on statins due to an autoimmune disease I have, along with arthritis. I'm hoping they work. I tried fish oil but developed a nose bleed that took over an hour to stop. I do take several meds that can increase bleeding so I have to be careful. What I do know is there's no adverse effects so far from these supplements. They're fairly easy to swallow, wish they were a bit smaller. I'll update after taking these for a few months, let you know if they actually help.

I have borderline cholesterol...not bad enough to need prescription, but not healthy either. I was looking for a supplement that I could take to help my cholesterol levels and came up this product. I intend to take it for a month and then have my cholesterol rechecked. The pill is big, but tasteless and easy to swallow. I'd love if it was a gummy instead, but am fine with the pill. I look forward to the results and will update the review after I take this for a longer period of time.

I am taking 1-2/day with my main meal. I routinely take red yeast rice and I am confident it had lowered my cholesterol enough to avoid the need to take a statin. Prescriptions often give me side effects so I need to control my cholesterol with red yeast rice and also limiting the junk that I love to eat. I like the addition of apple cider vinegar with the red yeast rice; I am not familiar with the additional ingredients. Some pills give me acid reflex but these have not been an issue and all seems okay about them for me.
