Will this product make my limestone front steps slippery ?

I too, was concerned when I applied Stonetech to my slate front porch and steps, but I have been using it there for 8 years and it has never made the steps slippery.

How is stone tech sealer applied?

I applied it with a paint brush. I imagine you can use a roller or rag, depending on the roughness of the stone and how big it is.

What is the finish when dry? High gloss, semi-gloss, satin?

Semi gloss but it seals the stone

Could i use this to reattach a pillow grave stone to its base?
