Mobile DTE 26 is non-detergent.

Is this oil equivalent to parker ht-1000 hydraulic oil

I would go to mobil's website and check with them. ht-1000 is specifically for hydrostatic transmissions, I'm not sure if DTE is compatible.

Will this work on a 1994 Clark forklift?

yes any hydraulic oil will work. this one is heavy duty and expensive.i would go with some thing more universal
