I bought these for mixing brewer’s yeast and blending powder coatings. They work. They don’t like tile floors though.

Nice set of beakers. They seem to be thick enough but of course I wouldn't want to drop them on the kitchen floor or anything. I'm assuming they're accurate enough though for my usage they don't need to be exact, only fair ballpark range. I'm happy with them.

I was impressed by the beakers and really like the size. I am in America and am use to ounces etcetera but am looking forward to converting the standout numbers on all the beakers as they are easy to read. The glass is thicker than what I had read in other reviews which pleases me as I think they will be quite durable. the sizes of the beakers range from 250 ml to 10 ml and are perfect for my needs. The bottoms are flat and will be stable on my table. I am pleased with my purchase.

These beakers have come through time and time again for me. I conduct various experiments at my home lab and these beakers have performed admirably. I've used industrial acids (HCl), industrial alkali (NaOH), I've boiled things/dehydrated solutions in them, I've also conducted various electrolysis experiments in these beakers and they've performed exactly as they should every time. I've found them to be very durable, being able to withstand the rare knock/drop. I've put all of the beakers through extreme swings in temperature without so much as a shutter from the glass, and after all of the experiments they've been through they still clean up nice with relative ease. In fact, I liked them so much I bought the other five piece Karter Scientific beaker set so I could have duplicates of these three plus the 500mL and 1000mL beakers. For the price, the three piece or the five piece, are fantastic values. I highly recommend these beakers, they have proven to be a necessary asset for the home laboratory.

Let me first explain that I bought this beaker set to mix and prepare my own e-juices for vaping. Let me also make it known that when I first bought this set I had never used any type of lab equipment before (outside of a science class), meaning I didn't know exactly what I needed. When I did figured out what I thought I would need, I comparison shopped by visiting Amazon.com, RTS Vapes and Wizard Labs. For these beakers as a set, Amazon.com had the best deal. Exactly how useful has it been to have these beakers in a set? Well, as the beakers get larger there are more MLs per measurement. The inverse holds true for the smaller beakers. This makes doing precise measurements more difficult with the larger beakers and doing volume measurements more tedious with the smaller beakers. Thus, the benefit of having a set is that you can do both precise and volume measurements. What is the benefit of beakers versus flasks? Well, the beakers have spouts, making my mixes easy to pour. Additionally, the beakers have large openings, making it easy to gain access to whatever concoction I am putting into or extracting out of these instruments. The area in which flasks are superior to beakers is that they are better for 'swirling' your concoction which does a great job at mixing all of the individual flavors, nicotine and fillers. Each of these beakers was packaged in an individual box, all of which I saved and use when I need to transport the equipment. The glass thickness on the beaker walls is rather thin, so I imagine that they would chip pretty easily. Also, these beakers are smaller than I expected, but then again I have not used much chemistry equipment. The smallest beaker has about the same capacity as a shot glass. To wrap up this review I am glad I purchased the set and feel like I received a good value relative to my dollar purchase.

these reasonably priced beakers are just what i need for both liquid and dry materials. the measures are clear. the glass substantial. glad i got them.

I mostly use one of these to pour water into my single-cup coffee maker. I've used them for other transfers of liquid as well and I love that they are so neat. No dribbling. Precise pouring. Love them!

Great quality. I use these to make lotions and they hold up to the heat. They are thick enough which is great. I have used them a lot and they seem to hold up.

Great quality starter beaker set. I have two sets even and use them for small batch cosmetics mostly. Easy to clean and the 250ml is wide enough for the head of an immersion blender so they're great for emulsifying small batches of lotion. Really appreciate the attention to detail. Weight of beakers are consistent across sets, so I can use a clean one to easily TARE out my scale.

Was surprised to see how they were packed but so far I had to admit that keeping the package is the best way to store them. Quality of the beakers are good even when I used a stainless steel long spoon to stir constantly they didnt break - I do hear that beakers break (not from this company)

Quality and clarity of glass is spot on. Markings along the side are not the exactly the volumes indicated. Example the 50ml beaker has a measure of 30ml on the side, however it is actually 25ml, a rather large discrepancy.
