Do the sleeves come off? I'd like to replace with hand-made sleeves for Christmas.

Hello Julie, That sounds like a fun and creative idea! The sleeves are made of silicone, they are glued on. While it's possible to remove them, putting them back on gracefully will be a challenge. Could you fit your hand made sleeves over them?

is the bottom non-slip?

It has a small section on bottom with a non slip but it's more to protect furniture from hot stuff not from tipping over.

Do the cups stack well inside each other? How tall are they when stacked? I'm working with limited cabinet height and space. Thanks!!

Not really. All four stacked are about 17 or 18" tall. Each cup is 6" tall. But because of the shape you can store them top to bottom and the entire footprint for all 4 is is 6" x 6". Hope that helps.
