I prefer to sleep with white noise so sadly this one doesn’t do that since you can’t even hear it turned on. Great humidifier with 4-5 different settings though. Perfect size for a bedroom, no more nose bleeds from dry winter air; but now I need to buy a white noise machine :)

***Ordered another one after this just stopped working. Still haven’t heard back from the company to return it to them and Amazon still hasn’t delivered my replacement for the recent purchase that also arrived defective! Will not purchase again nor will I recommend.** Best humidifier we have ever owned! Uber quiet and easy to use. Luv that it is top fill and comes apart for easy cleaning and storage. The one button operation is very simple and the option to turn off the light at night is fantastic. I have both the black and white models. The light with the black version isn't as bright as the white version, but it is nice to have an option. Holds a lot of water to last several nights, depending upon humidity of your room. There are a few places that could be easier to clean, but I have had worse. I use a good quality microfiber cloth and low sudsing soap makes for a great clean-up. I would advise having a bottle brush, but not necessary. The cord length is great for being able to set on table tops and away from electronics (hanging tvs, alarm clocks, or phones charging on the beside table). We own three and whenever one decides to stop operating we will definitely purchase another one. The diffuser pad on the bottom Is another great touch. No mixing or spilling!

I read a whole lot of reviews before I purchase an item and due to the reviews I purchased this item. This humidifier in my opinion is the best there is. It is so quiet that I would even call it silent. I like the shape of it I like the size of it. It puts out a great missed. I personally use it in two rooms for my plants and of course for our health. I love it so much we now have a black one and a white one. We have purchased so many humidifiers over the years and I have never been fully happy with any of them. Unit only worked one season, no longer humidifies, water seems to now leak on to the vibration disk in a way that stops it from functioning properly. No fix to be found.
