Good quality rug pad. I ordered the 1/4 inch in the 2.6x8, 3x5 and 3x12. The 2.6x8 was the perfect size, no trimming required. The 3x8 and 3x5 were an 1-2 inches too wide so I had to trim them down a little. The rug pads keep the rugs in place and keep them from moving on the harwood. I would recommend these and will buy more in the future as needed.

For the entire year years that I've had my cat, the hall runner slipped around, every time that she ran down the hall. That was despite having an Ikea pad under it. This one has completely solved the problem. No more straightening the rug multiple times a day.

Great quality, comfort and easy to use. Only slight irritation, is that it will shift a little under the rug. Using it for a runner in our hallway and only because I have to be careful with the type of runner used on my vinyl floor so it doesn't discolor. It is a very neutral color and NOT smelly like some. Again, grips the rug, but shifts a small amount on the floor (only because it doesn't have furniture on it.

I bought an inexpensive runner that definitely needed something to make it a bit more posh. This does the job. I cut it to fit which, according to what I read online, should be 2 inches shorter in width and length than the rug. Just cut one end and side for the 4-inch difference. It lays well, as it's then beveled on the edges to prevent tripping. I had some left over, which I cut for padding in a large cat carrier. I usually line the carrier with old towels, and the padding keeps them in place and adds a bit more comfort. I will use the remaining pieces to staple under large indoor cat trees, to keep the bolts on the bottoms from scratching my wood flooring. Nothing is going to waste, so I felt this was a good buy.

Good quality in regards to thickness and feeling soft under my feet. Also very grippy and does not slide. But the smell is overpowering. I’m on day 3 of using this pad and had to take it out of my bedroom today to air out because the smell is so strong. It smells like burning chemicals. About an hour ago I put it on my stairway hand rail to air out and can still smell it in the bedrooms upstairs. Makes me worry about carcinogenic aerosols.
