Works better than I thought it would actually.
It works about as well as the earbuds, just gets a little more confused the faster you go. I found the earbuds were able to keep up just ever so slightly faster. But honestly if you have the earbuds I suggest getting this too, it's often discounted or free with promotions on amazon. I got it for discounted, mostly just to be able to cover more kinds of conversation. Honestly find myself using it almost as much as the earbuds themselves. I work with multiple customers with language barriers and have had success with time kettle stuff pretty much every time. The accuracy is is better than other translator services I've used. They've found the balance between accuracy and speed. Connectivity and sound quality are good, I had one period of like 2 seconds the earbuds paused or were thinking longer than usual, but this has been consistent. Ear buds slightly faster but connectivity is more of a concern. Really hard to say much just trying to hit all the important parts. Overall there's not many things that have gone wrong in my experience. I sell phones and about 60% of our customer base is latino. I've literally made hundreds of dollars thanks to being able to facilitate sales with people who don't even speak the same language as me. Considering I've made my money back already and continue to gain from this product it's hard to complain, translation is definitely worth it for me. If you're on the fence about this I'd have two suggestions. 1. If you are a consumer, and just think this is cool, it's a good thing to have I highly suggest it. BUT don't get the earbuds, you might not get the use out of them that you want. 2. If you bought the earbuds and have a use-case as well as promotional pricing on this, get it anyway it's worth it because of the different kinds of conversation this device can capture vs. the earbuds. This captures more people. I see a lot of asking about the battery life, and it's absolutely perfect for me. I'm able to pop them out anytime a customer walks in just in case they speak a different language (I've had more than just spanish). I leave them out the entire time customers are in the store, and use them about 1/3 of the time people come in. Then when people leave I pop them back in, and they last for 4-5 days of doing this. Never had them die on me. Also charge fast with usb-c.

Does NOT work
Total garbage. Doesnt even understand english properly. UPDATE: I stand by this review 100%. I am a former computer company owner, and still work in the tech industry. My wife is from Mexico and we thought it’d be cool to use at family get together’s. Unfortunately this product is completely useless. To explain: once i had posted my review of the product i started getting unsolicited emails from the seller; outside of Amazon. -Obviously i felt the need to report this to Amazon’s customer service. They weren’t happy.

Multiple different language translations.
This device offers a much better translation than the standard options. I also purchased the earbuds, and the translation works fine. Sometimes it has a delay, and using it in a meeting can cause problems when more than one person is talking.

Extra costs are involved.
I feel that the company was a little misleading about this being a paid subscription. If you want to own the languages free from wifi there are purchases one must make.
