Just bought one and tried to cut pasta dough. It did not work. The middle wheel would not cut at all. Is there a trick to this product?

Each of the cutting wheels is secured with a philips head screw. Take a philips head screwdriver and lightly loosen the tension on the wheel. Check by rotating the cutter until it rotates freely.

Can this cut butter mochi (Asian rice flour)?

I use it for marking. Isn’t sturdy enough to actually cut (although the wheels are very sharp)

It arrived and my wife used it yesterday to score fudge into equal squares.

Can some of the blades be removed for a larger cut area?

No, the blades can't be removed. You can only adjusted the wheels in or out for larger or smaller cuts.

Amazing tool.

I wish I had known about this years ago. I tried using a tape measure and still couldn’t get consistent size pieces. This tool is awesome. I did find that soft frosting should be chilled first but otherwise this tool is amazing.

Es bueno para uso hogareño, para uso comercial por debajo de lo esperado

El producto cumple su función si lo que buscas es para su uso hogareño. Si lo que que buscas algo más de uso continuo como para la venta de alimentos, desde mi punto de vista, las ruedas no marcan lo suficiente, otro aspecto es que, aún y cuando estableces las distancias de corte y ajustas los pernos, la verdad es que no tiene mucha estabilidad para cortar-marcar el producto al que deseas aplicar los trazos.
