Q: will this hold a 6 1/2IN phone length ?

I just received mine and have not used it yet, but I measured it and it certainly should hold a 6 1/2" length phone. It is more than 7 inches long.

Q: Would a passport fit in the back zippered pocket?

Hello, no but it fits in front zipper pocket.

Q: Does this feel bulky when you put stuff in it?

Only if you put bulky or many items in it. Still, I wouldn't waste your money. Mine fell apart after only a few uses.
