Is the Navy blue light in color. Is it actually a nice blue color?

You know how some navy fabric can appear black in color? Not these navy tights. They are definitely navy blue and have worked well with different navy items in my wardrobe.

My daughter is 5’6” and weighs 130 lbs. What size should I order?

I don't know. I am the same height and they are really long. I can probably pull them up to my armpits!

Would these tights be too warm for my 12 y.o. son to wear under his jeans? Could he wear them as leggings just around the house?

They are tights, so a little thicker than hose. If it’s cold outside, I don’t think they are too warm under jeans but they are not leggings.

where are these made?

I have no idea, but I can honestly say they are high quality and a great value.
