Beautiful Birthday Banner
There are 6 small plastic clips to link the small Happy Birthdays to each swirl and 6 small plastic attachers to hook the swirls to the 1 BIG Happy Birthday. Instructions would have been really helpful but I managed to work it out and it is a really lovely banner. It is very light and held up just by white tack. Definitely worth the money.

Missing the plastic hooks and connectors
This product arrived today but when I opened it had the twirls and separate happy birthday in foil. There were no hooks enclosed to hang them and no plastic connectors to connect the twirl and cut out happy Birthday. Really disappointed, wanted these for my daughters birthday but without the missing parts they were useless and it’s too late now as it’s her buying the morning
