No, we only have the one thickness. We recommend to start with the spacers at the tips of the toes until the toes get used to being stretched. As they grow used to it you can move them further down.

Yes, they are a unisex size. Fit both men and women.

Do these shrink? I am a women’s shoe size 6. Should I get a small?

You would be good with the small. I have not had anyone report that they had any shrinkage. While they can be tumbled in the dryer on low, we recommend air drying for longest life.
