Will this work on my cpvc to watwr supply line under my sink? Teflon tape didnt work. Small drip every minute

I have had 100% success with this sealant on pvc and cpvc joints. I also had leaks with Teflon tape on pvc and cpvc joints.

Can you use this and teflon tape? my taped plastic threads are leaking on my in-line water filter and i don't want to try more than one fix.

This, plus tape over or under - OR over AND under usually works. Don't go crazy with a lot of goo.

Can this be used for potable water tank spigots?

Yea also can be used on central heating systems oil and gas supplies and potable water ect
