As other reviewers have stated, this oil is a delicious, high quality, versatile olive oil. Visually lovely, with a medium bodied mouth feel, slightly tart, but not overwhelming so, that is delightful on its own. I have tried many lemon olive oils, and this one is my favorite. It is not as sweet as the California lemons that are used to flavor oil, which in my opinion, makes it more complementary to different dishes. It is comparable in price to the oils I have previously purchased and I think it's worth the price. It is excellent on salads, fresh fruit, fish, and asparagus. I highly recommend.

I love this olive oil. I wish it weren't so expensive, so I use it sparingly. It's very lemony. I've tried the orange one in the same brand, but it's not very orangey. My favorite way to use the lemon oil is over drizzled over roasted beets (with some goat cheese and chopped pistachios) and a little balsamic vinegar and the other way is to I toss zucchini rounds it in, lay on a sheet pan, sprinkle with garlic powder, top with parmesan cheese and bake at 425 until the cheese is golden.

I love this lemon olive oil! I only use it as a finishing oil or to put in salads. As soon as I take salmon out of the frying pan I drizzle a good tablespoon on top the fish. It makes a restaurant quality meal at home. It is also excellent in salads particularly in a seafood salad! I would highly recommend!!! Excellent products, " don't be fooled by cheap imitations"!!!!!

The best tasting infused olive oil. <- Period~ Caprese salad, fish, dip your bread with toasted garlic and this - youll have new friends or at least a new spouse! Even just on some fresh veggies, you cant miss with this oil.

Some persons are very sensitive to bitter tastes, while many others do not notice bitterness. I am one of those persons who is very sensitive to bitter tastes. It is important to know that the lemon flavor of this olive oil does not come from lemon juice. It comes from the oils that are in the skin of the lemon. My son and my husband are not sensitive to bitter tastes. They love this oil. I find it very bitter, but it does have an authentic fresh lemon zest flavor. A little goes a long way on foods where you might enjoy some grated lemon zest, which is what it tastes like.

Should be in every kitchen! Amazing!

If you love olive oil and lemons, you will want this! It is delicious and great for baking (lemon bars) and cooking (fish, vegetables, chicken). I went through my first bottle so quickly, I have ordered another one.
