Can I use this to remove caulk in bathroom?

White vinegar is another solvent you can use to soften it.

Can this product be used on painted surfaces to remove road tar or glue without damaging the paint? Like Kent's Acrysol?

I have and do still use Xylene for many uses. I love it. However, while it works wonderfully for removing little paint mistakes, and removes permanent marker, use gently for your glue/tar removal as it could take off paint if you rub too hard. Hope that helps.

Can 1 gallon size of this product be shipped to NY?

I don’t see why not. In California you can’t buy xylene from Home Depot or Lowe’s or any other hardware store due to regulations.

How do you use this product on brick pavers?

This is used for thinning out epoxy or cleaning up epoxy. Not sure how you would use this on pavers except to remove a sealant.
