Even software updates need to be downloaded on the app and then uploaded to the device are time consuming. I've also had to reset multiple settings including the date and time several times. Overall, the UI could be improved significantly and is currently very rudimentary and frustrating to use. The product serves the purpose with satisfactory video resolution but given the maintenance and slow and annoying retrieval process, impatient people should consider other options.
