I would suggest it is more on the lighter side and could be complimented with a pressed powder using an ivory tone.

Its not meant to be watery nor runny. Its supposed to be a thick texture. You can resolve the texture by shaking the bottle for 30 seconds. If this doesnt work, then it may be an issue with your bottle, but it shouldn't affect the foundation at all, as long as you have the coverage
