I tried the khapli wheat flour from Earthen Story for the first time and I am so happy and satisfied with the quality. It is pure, stone ground and organic, without any added chemicals and preservatives. The flour is made from 100% whole grain, that includes bran and germ, and thus it results in richness of vital minerals, vitamins and fiber. It is easy to digest and has multiple health benefits.

Loved the product overall; it has great taste. Since it's organic, there are no preservatives or any harmful chemicals. No gluten, great quality. Definitely recommended.

I bought this flour seeing a lot of positive reviews. The khapli wheat is supposed to have low gluten, among other things. However, this flour seems to have much more gluten than an ordinary, Aashirvaad/Pilsbury atta. The rotis made with this flour are very elastic or stretchy, as if they are made of Refined Wheat Flour (or Maida). Eating these rotis bloated my stomach. I have donated the whole flour to my maid, she thought it is some cheap flour and recommended to spend more money and get an Aashirvaad. Try a sample, instead of buying the big bag.

It flour testes better than any other branded flour. Smells and tastes nice. Chapatis made from this keeps soft after many hours.

The product is not fresh. The expiry date is 24/04/24. Next time please send fresh products.
