So far so good. Been wanting to upgrade my phone for a while & being a samsung owner my choice was to stick with the brand. At first I was a little skeptical buying a refurbished phone, but this is excellent, coming with a screen protector and clear case (which was a surprise) Transfer all my contacts & apps easily. Phone is going great with battery lasting all day. Happy customer

Over the moon with this, immaculate condition and was like opening a new phone, complete with screen protector and a new phone case which already saved me £15/20. Really happy and credit to the seller. Works like a dream. So glad as i nearly went down the budget phone path of around £140 but i knew i wouldnt be happy so took the risk of a renewed phone for the first time and will never look back. A new like phone at a great price which is 10 times the spec (probably more) of a budget phone. Will definatley use again! Thank you

Received a refurbished Samsung Galaxy S21 and overall, it's a sleek and stylish device that performs well. However, the battery life is a downside—doesn’t hold a charge as well as I’d hoped, likely due to being a refurb. Still, for the price, it’s a solid deal if you’re okay with charging more often.

Was always a bit concerned with buying a reconditioned phone, but when it arrived it looked as good as new. Which was great because this was a present for my girlfriend. I'm normally an iphone advocate but if I ever decided to switch from Apple, then I would probably go for a Samsung.

First of all I would like to say the phone arrived in excellent condition, my Mum was very happy with her gift. This was purchased in December 2022, by February 2023 the phone had started switching off on its own. This was only occasionally so my Mother thought nothing of it and thought perhaps the battery had got low. Fast forward to May 2023, my Mum said the phone was switching itself off frequently now, regardless of how charged the battery was. I contacted the seller who was very helpful and gave me some instructions to reset the phone and see if that sorted out the issue. It did not unfortunately. So they agreed for us to return the phone for it to be repaired as it was under warranty. Because my Mum didn't want to be without a phone (quite rightly so, she lives alone and has just had major surgery) we decided it would much quicker to return the phone and purchase a brand one. The seller agreed we could return the phone, which they received it the following day. I messaged to ask if they had received it because Royal Mail were showing that it had been signed for and they confirmed receipt! (day of receipt was 6th June 2023) At that point I thought great! They'll do whatever test it is they need to do to see that the phone is indeed faulty and then a refund would be issued! Well this did not happen, I have been contacting them almost daily because my Mum is still without a phone. On the 9th June they said to expect the full process to be complete between 48-72 hours. Yet I am still waiting! The other great news they shared was that the phone works perfectly! Which I find rather convenient as that allows them to issue a partial refund. Why after having the phone not even 6 months would my Mum want to return a phone she loved?! When you pay £349 for a phone you don't expect it to stop functioning correctly after such a short time. So to say I'm disappointed that the gift I got my Mum has created so much hassle is an understatement. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Though its refurbished, it’s worth every penny.

When I first received this phone i was really pleased; it was in excellent condition and was a decent upgrade from my A53. However after several months i could tell that I wasn't picking up phone reception as well as I had previously - others on the same network didn't have the same issue. Then 2 weeks ago it stopped receiving cell signal all together. As I had Wi-Fi calling enabled I could still receive/ make calls when at home but I completely uncontactable when I'm not at home. At work I have to use 5G to connect to the Wi-Fi, therefore I am also isolated at work. In this digital age it just isn't acceptable to be digitally disconnected. I keep paying for repairs because I feel it is more environmentally responsible. However as a post graduate student who has been recently widowed, this is far from ideal.

Au début j'avoue avoir eu peur de cet article face à certains commentaires mais en fait j'en suis vraiment agréablement surprise ! je le recommande ! Rapport qualité prix respecté, la qualité de l'image est vraiment bien et le son aussi. Pensez à activer la 5G dans vos paramètres

Telephone recobditionné qui fonctionne parfaitement. Batterie en bon etat, rien a redire. Comme toujours les téléphone samsung galaxy sont au top. Perfomance et connectivité parfaite.
