to eliminate the mess from regular powder

We ordered two Gold Bond Sprays and have no idea how to spray. the spray top does not work on either one. Are we doing something wrong??

No, it’s not you! These caps are defective and I’m surprised this company has done nothing in so long to fix this. I got a bad can and after prying off the lower piece of plastic below the button, it refused to spray. You would have had to be Hercules to press the button down and no amount of twisting the locking cap or pressing in just the right spot helps. A consumer shouldn’t need to pry off part of the cap to make the product spray but if you want this spray powder badly enough, that’s how to go about it. Send them a message that the problem exists and maybe they will finally listen to us. I will be contacting them directly about this personally to ask why they haven’t changed their caps.

Does this have the cooling effect... in other words does this have menthol in it? thanks.

Yes it has a cooling effect, it has 2-Methyl in it. Not sure if that is the same as menthol but it's a nice soft fragrance.
