Got these when I decided to re-route some string lights around my patio. The lights are real glass bulbs and outdoor rated wire, so not a lightweight application. The assorted sizes were perfect and sturdy - I needed longer and thicker ties to hold together 3 of the strings, and the smaller shorter ties to attach to wire-rope I'd strung between attachment points. After running 120ft of string lights, I've still got a TON of zip ties leftover. And I only even opened 2 of the packages so there's still some sizes left. And of the packages open, well over half the ties remaining. Perfect to store in the garage for the next project. For the price, the variation in sizes both lengths and thickness, and overall assortment, I think these are a pretty essential part of any homeowner's garage. My old assorted-pack ran out, and it was easily 2x the price and came with far, far fewer zip ties...which resulted in a lot of projects over the years with random combinations of zip tie sizes used. Kinda nice to just have a good supply, knowing I both a) don't need to find my exact tie size before each project and order just that, and b) when I do figure out what size I need on the spot, I'll have more than enough to finish the project.

Use these for all sorts of things around the house and cable management in PCs, very nice.

These are so handy! I put them on my walk-through trellis, and they work great. I use them on all kinds of garden projects. There are many sizes and strengths to choose from. Some have help secure fencing to posts. Others have helped put up strings of lights. Having such a large bag with a variety of sizes lets my creativity run wild. I can use branches to make trellises too. I can't wait for my plants to grow up over my solar lit arch panels so I can enjoy a magical garden in the evening. PRO:they handle a variety of temperatures so I will be able to depend on these throughout the winter.
