Simple story very well written. A very good light night time read, minimum violence only used for the sake of good!!!!

Brilliant story telling!

I really enjoyed this book and immediately bought the rest of the series. There is a fairly large group of very varied characters rather than a small group it is clear that plots in different timelines are coming to fruition and the world itself is complex. Not quite up there with Kurtz and her Dhryni, Mercedes Lackey and her Heralds etc and Andre Norton with her Witch World But it is the first book I have read by this author and I have high hopes. They have even made a totally new type of academy setting and set of priorities work incredibly well with a large group of protagonists who are not just good and evil.

Great and very readable series. I'm now on book 7 but wanted to review the first book to say to stick with it. Great characters and wonderful stories.

Great story, the charactors just come to life through the telling of the adventure. A good read for anyone old or young, get ready to go through the whole series. Also comes as audio book, read by John Banks

Book one great read, sadly I started reading The path of dragons series first (still releasing books) loved the series you follow Nahia in another world but they travel to lasgols world, I noticed lasgol has a series of his own (best to read this one first because Egil and Lasgols future will be seen there) I really enjoyed Lasgols journey heart Breaking to read but full of hope, but I could not get other series out of my head and remembering his future but that's my thought. In other series Nahia don't speak the same language so we don't get to know to much about Lasgol because they do hand signals about someone they both know plus well evil dragons talk.So this series you really get to know him.

I loved the characters and how they interacted with each other. Easy to read and entertaining. Fantastic story. Emotional at times which is essential for me in a book. I finished book 1 a few moments ago, and my first action was to buy book 2. Oh, I have to know what's going to happen next. Magic! I adored Camu!

Don't bother this was one of my favourite set of books but the most appalling ending ever not worth the emotional roller coaster

Ótimo livro!

I meant to read a few chapters and found myself turning more pages. There is something enjoyable about watching Nahia, Logan, and the others — the six they called them — stumble into trouble because they refused to quietly obey orders like proper students should. Their choices felt reckless at times, but believable, and that kept me interested. What stayed with me most was the sense of adventure running through the whole book. The Drakonids, the Tauruks, the dragons. The fight scenes were exciting, the humour landed well,. I’m moving straight on to Book 2.

I loved the adventure and the characters in this epic fantasy tale. A story full of core values like friendship, honor, courage, love and respect. Recommended for children and adults looking for a good read.

this book is much better than many other novels. the plot is not so dramatic but that's fine. Hoping to see some superhero feats in the next books of this series
