I really like the combination of ingredients in this product. Most of the immune support supplements I have taken have Elderberry, Zinc, Vitamin C, and Echinacea. This supplement takes it a step further with Vitamin E & B6, L-Glutamine, Garlic and Turmeric, AND the probiotics. These are great products for the immune system. This isn't one of the supplements that makes me feel more energetic like B12, but the probiotic does help my digestive system from getting sluggish. And also it does not cause any side effects. Overall I think this is a good product and reasonably priced for an immune supplement.

I love these capsules. They're a little on the large size for me, because I hate swallowing pills, but they are nice and smooth so they go down easily. I was taking a few different pills before to get everything in this complex, so it makes things simpler for me.
