What is the sugar content per serving? Beets are high in sugar

Why does this have caffeine? Therefore, the energy boost could come from the 80 mg of caffeine.

According to the product label, the following statement is made: “caffeine (as green tea extract) 80 mg”. We’re talking a small amount it’s only milligrams-80mg not grams if it were 80 grams then perhaps it might possibly be a concern. I’m not a scientist. I like the product. This is only a speculative opinion.

Does this totally dissolve? Had tried another brand that did not and I wasn't able to handle it ...

I put the powder in my morning smoothie and it always completely dissolves.
