I’m confused with the sizing. i’m a 34” waist but i’ve never bought xl boxer shorts in my life, always m or l. what size should i go for?

Hello, I got a 30 inch waist and I bought Medium size and it fits perfectly. If your waist is not flabby then go for L size. Hope that's gonna help.

Do you wear underwear with these?

No you don’t need to wear underwear with these it’s optional I prefer to go commando.
