Amazing!
My first encounter with this moisturizer was at the Ritz Carlton in St Louis, Mo. I fell in love with it. I use it primarily at night, to moisturize my face and neck throughout the night, as I sleep. The results are amazing.

Product not what was expected
Since the product was changed the fragrance is not at all as ir was. Do not like it anymore. also note that the fragrance of the smaller bottle is totally different fron the larger bottle of the same product. Very disappointing. Have requested a return.

I first bought this at a spa in Puerto Rico. Has a pleasant aroma, feels great on your skin. Not greasy or oily. Try it, you'll love it!

Different scent
I use to buy the spa fresh lotion all the time and the scent was heavenly and it made my skin feel so hydrated. During Covid it went out of stock for a very long time. When it came back I was hoping they just changed the design but the scent is different now, very strong citrus smell. Very sad by this.

I love this lotion but bottle had a Broken pump.
My 1 star is only about the pump being broken. I love the lotion, but unfortunately the pump was not attached to the bottle. Doesn’t go back on.
