Really good, worked first time and no mains hum
A very good quality product in a sturdy case. I bought two and may need more so this would be my product of choice.

Great product.
I received this item yesterday and used it with my Hydragun HeatPod Sauna Blanket from the USA. I was so excited with my sauna bed and ordered this item as a requirement and it worked beatifully. No issues very easy to use, neat not too big and good quality. Great value for money compared to others with a higher spec which was the deciding factor.

Does its work dilligently and quietly
I like that I have just set it and can forget about it; it works well and is very low on noise. I bought it because a badly labelled speaker system didn't indicate that it was 110V (US product) so I needed a step up/down tranformer for it to work. I'm sure it'll come in handy in future. The instructions are clear and concise. So far, it's appears to be a good product, no mess, no fuss

Cannot insert polarised US plug
The plug of the device with US wattage did not insert fully on the converter. The plug is a two pin and one of it is polarised.

Worked Perfectly in the USA
I bought this for a show I was doing in the USA. I did consider buying two (just in case) but decided against it on weight grounds. I only powered goods to half the rating (as advised). It is a compact, reasonably heavy, and worked perfectly.
