the product is really good n really cleans well .. initially I felt it was like any other phenyll only cos of the smell.. it doesnt smell any different.. but the finishing that you get on the floor after cleaning is awesome.. only negative point is the smell (not so good), didnt find it so soft on hands as compared to others n quite expensive

No natural scent. Only phenol.
After using this, the house smells like a toilet hosed down with phenol. There is definitely no lemon grass or eucalyptus or any of the essential oil. This item is non returnable and ridiculously priced for junk. Never again. Amazon needs to QC non returnable products. The sellers shouldn't be able to cheat and get away in daylight.
