Didn't work
I got pink marker pen over a white top and the description for this product suggested this might remove it.Alas no. I used it 4 times and minimal difference.In the end I resorted to a well known bathroom cleaner with bleach!

Disappointing product, did not work on black, ballpoint pen stain.
I bought this alongside another stain remover to try - I had left a black, ballpoint pen in my uniform pocket and washed it resulting in a few stains. Followed the instructions faithfully but after 3 washes the stains are still there. Really disappointing as I had read some positive reviews for this product but it did not work for me.

Not as effective as advertised unfortunately
Removed some ink from some surfaces but not a miracle- not effective at removing from furniture unfortunately

Amazing product
Amazing product gets every single stain you can think of including sharpie on a 30degree wash. I'm a buyer for public sector and tested this personally before we took on as a product. Amazing specially for mums.
