iPhone 11 Screen Replacement

After looking at several YouTube videos, it still took an hour to install, which was OK. The most difficult part was getting the screen off, very tough sealant. I finally used a tool with a wood handle which gave be very leverage to lift up part of the screen to get the pick under the glass, then it came off easily. You need to have steady hands and good closeup eyesight to complete the rest. As I was replacing the screen I also had the video on the computer so I could refer to it. All the screws that you remove are the same except for the 2 screws located on the bottom outside the phone which are longer and a different side. The tool that worked the best to remove the adhesive with the wires attached to the phone was the provided longer tool, not the pick. When completed, to my surprise, the phone worked perfectly. Good product. Will save u probably $200-$300.

I bought this replacement screen after my daughter dropped her iPhone 13 and the screen was cracked. Apple repair service cost is prohibitive. However, I was a little hesitant in purchasing one from Amazon. As always, buying an aftermarket glass is always worrisome. Even 4.1 star review. But, I decided to try. The replacement process went smoothly while watching a video with the link that the seller provided. The screen worked right away. The video instruction was very clear. There is no issue so far. The price was very reasonable to try out. I'd thought with a good return policy of Amazon I might as well try. It was a good decision. The screen quality seems t o b e reasonably good. I hope the quality will stay. If my daughter drops and crack the screen again. I would buy this one again. But, it will be the best if that won't happen. I would recommend this screen for the people who want a reasonable replacement.

Purchased the item a few days ago (today is 5/12/26) and arrived yesterday. I installed it yesterday (i have experience in installing these screens on iphones) and it worked. The screen looked cheap and the image quality was degraded, but it worked which is what i needed to be able to use the phone for important calls, text, etc. Today during a call, the screen died. The customer called back but I couldnt answer. After extensive troubleshooting, it was obvious the screen died due to a manufacturer defect/error. I reached out to the seller. His packaging includes a notice to reachout with any issues via email and mention the order number. I reached out a few times and let him know I needed a response urgently, as I depend on having a phone for business and important personal calls etc. After a few hours, I decided to initiate an amazon refund, which takes days to happen after I return the product. Now I have to spend more money (not on amazon) to order another screen and I'll be at least one full day without a phone, which is a critical hit to my business. I will not only never order from this seller, but I'll stay away from amazon for these important items, and if you value your time and money, do not order this product.

I had an old iPhone 8 sitting unused in a drawer and decided to buy this replacement screen to make use of it again. My brother installed it, and he has no experience with phone repairs, yet we both felt the process was fairly easy. The kit includes everything needed for the installation, even a screen protector, which was a nice bonus. The screen fit well and the touch response works properly. After replacing it, the phone looked almost new. I ended up gifting it to a 12-year-old girl, and seeing how happy she was made it even more worth it. Edit: I received a replacement screen and it works. I have changed my review. Screen is very cheap and functions as a cheap screen. I have gone through 3 different brand screens now trying to find something decent. This screen works. Colours aren’t great. I have used other more expensive lcd screens to get better colours with no problem. This screen gets quite dim but it has a good amount of brightness as well. My first screen from this company had a very limited amount of adjustment with the brightness. This screen feels like it changes at every step in the process so that’s good. My final issue is fingerprints. I tried other screens and was amazed that fingerprints never seemed to appear on my phone. With this screen fingerprints were all over within seconds of touching it. Old review: Screen worked acceptably for about 3 weeks. Today it just went black and won’t turn on again. Battery was still at 80%. I didn’t drop it or anything. Pros about it when I had it. It worked. Didn’t seem too bad but definitely cheap lcd and I got what I paid for. Cons: It only had 4 brightness levels. Low, dim, medium, and almost bright. Another issue was that the colors were. It very accurate. Regardless of True Tone or not the collies just looked bad. I didn’t care since the screen worked but t just suddenly stopped working completely.

I'm going to spend a fair amount of time to write this review, so I think that says all you need to know. I highly recommend this product for most people. I will write a brief summary and bullet point the pros and cons while giving context. This screen will get your phone up and running for a ridiculously good value. No, it isn't an OLED. No, it doesn't have the brightness or responsiveness of the OLED. Yes, it fits a bit higher on the phone to make room for the LCD backlight (it's simply how the screen works and is unavoidable). If you want an OLED, it's minimum over 100 bucks. However, I seriously doubt you will even notice these things after awhile. And it comes with everything you need to change the screen (minus a hairdryer or heat gun)! As mentioned before, the screen does not match the OLED in terms of screen quality. But to be honest, there were many times using my phone where I completely forgot that it wasn't an OLED. These differences honestly don't matter for most people. What matters is getting an affordable screen that actually works with no issues. I was really happy with this screen, and actually impressed with the quality I got for the price. You get everything you need, and the screen works great. No issues, and the quality for an LCD is awesome for this price. I was expecting it to be noticeably worse, but I was impressed. Before this screen, I got an OLED replacement, ended up breaking it again, so I decided to try this one and honestly I'd rather save the money and get this LCD from now on instead of the OLED. So, if you really really want an OLED, then go and spend the money. But if all you care about is having a phone screen that actually works and doesn't hinder your ability to use your phone (which is how I imagine most people), then I absolutely recommend this screen. It has saved me twice now and I'm always happy with it. PROS: -VALUE!! -Screen works great out of the box -Screen has pretty good resolution -Screen is responsive enough to not cause any issues day to day -Screen has been bright enough to be used day to day, even outside in the sun -Overall screen quality is sufficient not just for daily use, but for a screen so affordable -Kit comes with everything you need to swap out the screen which is a huge plus (minus blow dryer or heat gun) -Kit comes packed really nicely for a budget screen (Not a huge deal but I liked it) -Installation is flawless. After I watched a video, and taking my time, I had no issues installing the screen. All the hardware, connectors, and dimensions matched up and fit perfectly. CONS: -Screen is not as bright, responsive, high resolution, or colorful as an OEM OLED (but OLEDs are significantly more expensive). -Screen fits slightly higher in the phone chassis (but this is unavoidable, and I never really noticed it after I installed the screen. Additionally, this is purely cosmetic. This causes 0 issues during installation and actually makes removal easier if you need to replace it again.). -LCDs have worse viewing angles than OLEDs -Phone might be consuming more battery and be warmer than usual (noticeable but never was an issue) Overall, if you just want a cheap screen that works and fits easily, this is a great buy.

The display looks clear and the colors are bright and natural. The brightness is good, and I can see the screen well even in a bright area. The touch response is smooth and works quickly when I scroll or type. Installation was good and the screen works well so far.

I used to repair phone screens and should honestly get back into it with how easy it is. That being said I gave it 3 stars because the lcd quality seems to be outdated. My guess is they used old tech to make new screens 🤷🏻‍♂️ but it came extremely fast, had everything you need and it was 30 bucks. The quality isnt “bad” but its noticeably different. Digitizer works okay but it seems to get overclocked quick and pulls lots of juice, this thing gets hot. Im assuming its an aftermarket 12 pro max lcd screen because its not sized right for the digitizer at all. The OEM hardware and software are not a fan. But it works, okay for the price.

I paid a lot for this and see after getting it installed, it is howing linings. Yes I got it installed very late but what could have I done? They say they will send me video instruction but neither link not QR code is working that they sent me. Yesterday technician installed it for which I had to pay additional and now I have wasted my 6.5k bucks

Came on time and also has a new tempered glass screen guard to out on when your finished. Comes without any home button but I took off my home button from cracked screen and swapped over. Followed a YouTube video how to do it. Easy enough and took me 30-45 minutes to do

the kit arrived on time and was well organized. the screwdriver tips were better than expected (not soft metal). the screen protector is a nice touch.
