The post office said "delivered" while I was out of town. I did not receive it and this company immediately offered a replacement order without charge. 10 days after stating "delivered", the postal service actually delivered the original order. Hats off to the supplier for standing by their customer. Product works great by the way. I found it best to have a couple stamps so I can keep one in the car or briefcase, and one on my desk. No instructions if it ever needs re-inking

Ever need to convince anyone that you "need" one of these? You don't, but you won't regret purchasing one.And, yes, I did "need" a stamp so that I didn't have to handwrite 5 words on each check deposit. That small inconvenience is now gone. One stamp, endorse the check, and you're good to go. High quality. Recommend!Also, stamps from "back in the day" used to not have a way to show you if you had the stamp lined up where you wanted to put it. For depositing checks, you know how small that space is, so it's important that this has a guide which it does. An indent on both sides of the stamp show where it will print so you can get it in the right spot each time.

I bought this for all of the times my husband leaves his paycheck for deposit but doesn't sign it- (no, his company doesn't have direct deposit, but I wish they did). I feel funny depositing it with no signature, so I ordered this. It was just the ticket for my needs. It was shipped quickly, good quality, and with accurate information. Would buy this again.

So happy with this stamp. I use it for mobile deposits for my bank. I can deposit a check immediately after getting it. I'd ordered another brand off Amazon that was horrible. The account # part wouldn't ink correctly and it kept getting stuck down. Amazon refunded my money and I bought this one. Works flawlessly, inks correctly, and looks and feels well built.I realize that's a lot of praise for a stamp, but after customizing it and it taking over a week to receive, it's very troublesome to need to do it all again.Buy this brand and select the *bold* font.
