Recommend by my chiropractor, not as binding as other I have tried, using at my desk when typing notice some relief in shoulder blades.

After researching many other posture braces I decided on this one for several reasons; 1 it comes with well explained posture strengthening exercises to do with the brace which really appealed to me and "legitimized" this brace above all others I had looked at. 2 it doesn't actually "hold" your shoulders back, but put a certain amount of pressure on them if you allow yourself to slouch, so it's more of a reminder to be straight rather than an enforcer, which could atrophy your shoulder and back muschles rather than strengthening them. 3 it is light, small and you can wear it under something and it won't show. 4 easy to put on and take off. I have had it but a week (fast shipping and fast return call after I had left a phone message with a question about size) but so far really like it. I also go to massage therapy for "neurologic thoracic outlet syndrome" which I suffer from. While the therapist did not think I would need a brace, she really liked the PostureMedic when I showed it to her together with the little booklet explaining how it works, and the recommended exercises. That is an endorsement that is good enough for me!

Why someone thought this was a good idea I have no clue. I have tried this many ways to wear without pinching and rubbing my under arms. It can't be worn under clothes that's out of the question. When you wear it on the outside of your clothes they bulk up even with a fitted shirt and makes it bulky and awkward. Easy to put on. I'm not sure how the durability is going to be because I'm not having it anymore. It may be durable but I'm not going to find out. If I still had the packaging I would send it back. I will try another brace.

Works as intended I guess but do not feel a huge amount of posture correction using this/but better than nothing and it doesn't pinch under my arms like so many do. It is really a little too short to do the exercises my PT prescribed for my rotator cuff but easy to put on and take off. I thought it was a bit pricey for what it is and I did try to make one before buying it but was not successful )

This is a good product and does what it says it does, IF you use it as an exercise tool. When used as a posture reminder, I found that I had back pain below (mid and lower back) and made me more aware of those spots. The exercises are good for strengthening weak areas and great for arm jiggle.Hopefully, over time, the back gets stronger but one has to do the work to get there. I would like to try it while gardening. I am 110, 5'4" and a Small was the right size. All in all, I like it and am sharing the concept with friends.

I have chronic back pain/issues ever since I was a kid (I’m now 59). I’ve tried SO many back products and contraptions so I feel I’m extremely certified to write this review. This works. Period. It’s SUPER easy to throw on, doesn’t cause me discomfort and it relieves my back pain. It’s also doing great at helping to correct my posture. A close friend, a fellow “hump backer” recommended this to me. This was brought to his attention by his chiropractor. He’s extremely fit so he wears the more advanced one. I however, while not a slug, do not visit the gym everyday. However, I’m on my feet constantly. I’m a woman, 5’5,” 165lbs. I’m a 38C/40B, but i have a broad back which measures 43 inches in diameter. I purchased the Regular Medium. I like this SO much I just purchased a second one. I’m constantly misplacing the first one and I’m at the point where I do NOT want to be without this. Yes, there are cheaper type products here on Amazon and elsewhere, but NONE like this. I HIGHLY recommend this. You can’t beat Amazon shipping and it’s returnable. Nothing to lose but back pain.

It hurts when I wear it under my arms because the strap is wide. I found the ones that have a round band more comfortable. Have to return this one.

My chiropractor recommended this. I try to wear once a day while at the computer. I should probably be wearing it right now. Easy to slip on. Good value for money. Doesn't hurt while wearing. I am 5ft 112lbs and got a small.

I am very happy with this product, which my chiropractor brought to my attention and had one on hand to let me try. I like it because it reduces my shoulder pain when I wear it for short periods, and it is also an exercise device to strengthen your shoulders, which I did not realize until I received it with a clear helpful manual.

I had one of these years ago, can’t find it. I like this because it is simple, not bulky, provides the support I need without making me feel like I’m strapped into some archaic device. I just put it on over my clothes. Easy to get on and off. It may not be for everyone, but it gives me a reminder that I’m slouching and to pay attention to my posture.
