My husband takes these daily before he goes to the gym. The pill is a normal capsule size. They have no taste. It does give you energy.

I am seeing some benefits from using this product. I seem to have more energy, and for some reason am not as stressed. The initial reason for the purchase was so that I can rebuild "thin" skin related to a lengthy period of Prednisone use. It seems to be working. I also would like to pick up a few healthy pounds and build some muscle back. I will update this review, if needed, but as of now, I am satisfied with this product. I plan to purchase it again. The only drawback I have with it is that you must take 4 capsules 1 to 3 times per day. I am using it twice/day right now. And, it is recommended that it be taken with food--at least juice, so I have to remember to take it then, or else find some juice to take them with on the run. They are not "horse pills" but they aren't small, either, so if you have difficulty taking pills, you might be able to open the capsule and take it with something, I guess. Right now, they are working just fine for me, and I would recommend them to anyone as just part of putting "building blocks" back into your system that vitamins, and other supplements don't fulfill. Might as well have the healthiest body I can, for as long as I can, right?

Good source of aminos but be prepared to take a handful for any noticable results.

I started taking these to help combat muscle fatigue. I work in hotel housekeeping and typically put in nine hour shifts, constantly bending, lifting, pushing, and stretching. I've worked jobs that are worse on my body, but I know if I don't take care of myself I'll end up in the ground. I've taken a full bottle of this product over the course of a month, in the morning with a decent breakfast, and noticed that I'm not as sore when I go home. I stopped for a few days and the night time soreness is back. (I'm also taking potassium at night and a hydration replacer as I work. dehydration is a source of muscle fatigue too!) This is the first amino acid supplement I've tried and I'm going to try a few others before I circle back to this but, for the price this does what it needs to for me.

Not exactly what I was hoping for I thought this blend was going to help me sleep and increase the release of GH . Unfortunately it's just a complete protein source and I would rather have spent my money on desiccated liver tablets to achieve those result that I highly recommend Liver tabs. The up side it seems to give me some energy so I plan to take it in the morning or well working out.

What can you say about amino acids? We know they are extremely important to the body. They seem to work just fine as far as we know. We can actually see what’s taking place in our body although they do give you a little more energy. but here’s the rub. When I bought these they were $24. And some change. Now they are up to $35 and in my opinion that is price gouging. It is insane and probably completely unnecessary to gouge the public. I won’t be buying them as long as they are at this price. I would imagine most people would stop buying them, and seek out a better value. Or I just won’t be taking amino acids anymore. You can get amino acids in brewers, yeast and brewers yeast is an amazing addition to your vitamin regimen. If you take brewers yeast every day in a month, you will feel tremendous, if not before.
