Keep cool for long
It really works well. It keeps the stuff cool for 24 hours. Just be carefull not to freeze the cooler pack too much. It will swell and make the container too cold.

Good for storing weightloss pens
Good for traveling with weightloss pens (monjaro, wegovy, ozempic types) in a temperature controlled space. Doesn't cool for 60h, more like 12h max, but still okay for hot weathers.

Temperature failed
Product works well for keeping insulin cool for prolonged periods even in hotter temperatures. However three months in the temperature sensor no longer works. It will read 0deg C all the time, even after laid out overnight.

Llevaba buscando algo que realmente mantuviese fría la insulina por mucho tiempo. En un viaje de trabajo de 2 días (a un lugar donde estábamos a 35°C) se mantuvo siempre entre 1° y 3°. No hubo necesidad de buscar refrigeración en otra parte.

Good for 48 hr travel
This is a good option for carrying medical items in a temp controlled way. The unit is well made, the temp unit is good and holds temp for about 2 days. The back up chilled water unit a good stand by. I think this is a good concept for travel however now I am travelling I am finding reliable freezing an issue - not this products issue however I would seriously consider the battery recharging unit for extended travel.

Keeps the temperature!
Keeps the temperature even in extreme heat 40°.Used to travel for 12 hours in my car after 12 hours the temperature was 2° and my medicine was safe.

Maintain below 2 degree most of the time. Does not work with 2-8 degree requirements.
For people with requirement 2-8 degree to store your medicine, this won't work. This has killed my amgevita as it goes below 2 degree. Later, I followed the instructions and tested the temperature profile and apparently for most of the time it stayed below 2 degree. Look at attached temperature chart.
