bad customer service not worth it.
product key would not activate, notified K7, they advised talking to them by phone or e-mail, tried e-maiil links they sent didn't work, called phone was transferred to some life alert sales bot then hung up on me . called 3 times first 2 same story, 3rd time would no longer accept my call, all i wanted was some help activating my product key

It is a "no" for me
This product took control of my pc. I could not go to web sites when I opened my browser. Maybe it was me but I have never had that problem before. I called the phone number listed and was told that I was out of the call area for that number. What? Then I did the chat and was told that it would cost me a dollar to assist me, but I would get the dollar back after the chat. What? I immediately uninstalled this product and will be returning it for my money back. It could have just been me, but I would like to speak with a help desk when I have a problem.

Any software especially security software you want a hard copy just Incase there is a problem planned or not you can have the software checked for built in spyware keystroke recorders or worse. I ordered this months ago and they will not mail a disk even though I paid extra for it. I think but do not know for sure this is coming from China? In anycase they to this point will not mail the software it’s down loadable I believe I I can say is be careful it might be great but since the won’t send a disk I am worried if it doesn’t work you can’t go back to look at the original code if you are hacked or worse

product not fit for purpose
The K7 antivirus states lifetime validity, However, when contacted on the internet there is a limit of 2 years.I would like my money back. Also, the process of installation is slow and confusing. I do not know if i was given incorrect information for loading the software but it felt like i was being scammed.
