The Sock Aid works as stated, and was easy to use, after a few initial tries! It works better than the plastic sock donner that was purchased earlier. The straps are secured well and feel sturdy, and are long enough.The only negative is that the "terry cloth" is of low quality and easily pulled. For the price, however, this is the BEST assistance for putting on compression socks that I have found. Will definitely purchase again when this one wears out!

This has made my life easier and my feet warmer. Hip arthritis makes bending to put socks on too painful but this simple product solves the problem.

When this device arrived, I tried it out and it worked great. I was able to put my socks on without someone helping me for the first time in 2 years. The price is right, but I am afraid this item will not hold up over time, so I am ordering a few more. I've ordered other plastic socks assist items and they do not fit my fat wide feet, this item seems to adjust to my feet and that makes it very to use. I highly recommend this device for anyone having problems putting on socks, very easy to use with diabetic type socks. The photo is what the device looks like after 3 months worth of uses, it becomes more flexable over time, making very easy to use.
