I bought this in its previous incarnation. Hard, dark green capsules that were every bit as good as Colpermin at a quarter of the price. Those vanished very quickly as did Peptac from the market.Now it is back but with the dreaded new formulation: softer, clearer capsules. Out of the first five I took, four resulted in a minty burp. The new coating does not live up to its enteric billing. This is a shame. They are still cheap, if not as cheap as before but with a 20% effectiveness rating, they end up being much more expensive than the competition.So, we are still left with either Colpermin or Colomint as a cheaper alternative. All the rest do not deliver on what they promise.

Absolutely brilliant value for money. I bought a named brand for the same cost and got 3x more with there's exactally the same ingrients. Superb for trapped wind. Only I have allergies and was effected by the green capsule😭. Highly recommend if u don't have weird allergies like myself .

Easy to swallow - take them on an empty stomach with half a pint of water. If you don't follow the instructions they will repeat on you and that is not the manufacturers fault.

Good enteric coating

Terrible. Contained sorbitol which is lethal for IBS sufferers. Caused diarrhoea and flatulence, exactly what IBS sufferers do not need. Why would they put sorbitol which is proven to exacerbate IBS symptoms in something sold specifically for IBS sufferers? Really disappointing as the other ingredients would be ideal if not for the dreaded sorbitol.

PEPPERMINT OIL capsules, useful, and seem to help me with my IBS cramps to some extent - great value !easy to swallow not massive or anything , seem effective though, I shall take these regularly

As an IBS sufferer, these have reduced the number of attacks I get.
