The smell is intoxicating
Bergamot and patchouli, each by itself, smell amazing; together in this soap, the aroma is amazing. My daughter and wife both want it for themselves. No dice; I’m keeping it.

Doesn't smell of bergamot or patchouli
I was so excited for this soap, this scent combo is one of my favorites and hard to find. Unfortunately, I didn't find it with this product either. The scent is neither of bergamot nor patchouli, but instead a secret third thing. Slightly citrus mixed with chemical-y scent. Hands feel pretty dried out after use - not the product for me.

Pretty good hand wash, it smells good, it lathers up nicely, it last quite a while, but its pretty pricey.

Unpleasant odor
Maybe it was old or overheated in transit, I don't know - but this soap did not smell like Bergmot & Patchouli! No Aromatherapy effects. The lingering scent on skin after washing with it was unpleasant - earthy - (essence of yucca?) but not in a good way. It was easy to return.

I can detect no trace of patchouli. Honestly, this soap smells like a corn tortilla.
