Avira Organics is producing niche probiotics for taking for specific purposes, this set is for after taking antibiotics. I used all of this product. I don’t have a way to tell if it’s really working or not except to say that I didn’t have any digestive problems, gas, IBS, etc. while using these.There are 30 probiotic capsules. The other set is prebiotics which are herbs which provide food for the probiotics to consume in your gut. You can take probiotics but if they don’t have enough fiber to consume, you will have a problem. This is a unique concept to sell a set with the prebiotic and a probiotic meant to go together. The probiotics chosen here are intended to try and help you recover after you take antibiotics which kill off some of the good bacteria.
