I love them

The bands themselves seem to be decent quality, but the labels stitched onto them don’t match the actual colors and resistance levels. This makes it confusing to know which band you’re using, especially if you’re following a workout that specifies a certain resistance.

Items delivered are not as shown. Resistance level is not indicated on the band and the level of resistance on all 3 bands is similar, very light resistance and not much use for serious exercise. Would avoid this product.

Otimo, chegou antes do previsto. Super indico. Resistente.

Much more comfortable than the rubber fitness bands. They don’t slip and move about, so much easier to use without the constant stopping to readjust. Good variance in the three bands allowing a change in resistance and something to work towards. Hardest one gives a really good challenge. Cosmetically nicely made and decent looking too. Imagine they will last well.
