Received defective, no option for refund/replacement
I received this defective tidal filter 35 gallon, not working at all, no option to refund /replac the item through system, even I called amazon call center, they said waiting confirmation approval as it is expensive item, but until now no feedback at all.

Stopped working after few minutes. And it seems there is no warranty for the product.

This item was advertised as same day delivery for prime member, it was about 2 hrs on same day delivery countdown but delivery scheduled next day... 1 discus already died!
