Porous Glaze
Great mug unfortunately the glaze is porous so means the writing on the mug is starting to streak/ run after handwashing . Tried contacting seller but no response received when asking for a replacement maybe amazon will allow refund thru the A to Z guarantee?

It only lasted a couple of months, I watched it as it fell to its doom in slow motion. will get another soon though.

Strong. Handle is large enough for large hands. Rinses coffee stains off, no need to wash (but I do of course).
