I did 2 bundles in this pot. I'm buying another 2 bundles. So I will have 3 in each pot like this. I don't really need any extra but I am probably going to split it between the 2. I just want to pots. I'm posting a picture in review.

Are these plants fully circular with leaves front to back?

They are somewhat circular, you will have to adjust the stems. However you can use two pieces which will give it a better and thicker look.
