It's super fast, easy to clean, and a little loud. Its not unbearably loud but would recommend using it outside. It comes with a small bowl but it doesn't catch much ice. I used a deep bowl and spinned it around to fill. We filled a medium ice chest and the ice shaving was a hit for hours at our birthday celebration. Use is easy and I liked that it turned off automatically when you opened it to refill with ice. Does have water dripping since its melting so we just put it on a table edge outside, it was great.

Works great and is built tough! Ive put this little machine through the ringer and it crushes ice like the first time I used it. Easy to use and cleans up nice! One thing is I added some suction cups to the bottom so it doesn't move around when pulling the handle down.

I got this because during the summer I usually plan my daycare to have a visit from a local snowcone truck. Because of prices they went up on the cost of a snowcone per kid I thought it was crazy to make a toddler spend $3 a snowcone for 80% to get waisted! So I bought this to make our own snowcones! It works great! I don’t like that you have to use the bowl because putting a cup under to catch doesn’t work as well. And sometimes the ice gets stuck in the shoot. But it’s pretty easy to scoop out. It’s just causes it to be more of a time consuming process, it’s not a quick fill you cup process. But it shaves the ice really nice! I would recommend for a small group or family event!

To be honest, I didn't have much hope in this working since it was the 3rd one I purchased. I'm happy to admit, it works great and I love having the different settings since we all like our ice different sizes. I highly recommend.

The machine does its job of chopping the ice as it should. I would prefer for the ice to go on in a larger bowl. It does chop the ice up really quick.

Hi, yah it worked great for 5 uses then it stoped turning to grind the ice but it was on it had electricity bc when I touch any part that wasn’t the rubber handle I felt tingling like I was getting shocked. Since it’s been 3 months I guess can’t get a refund or replacement it was $60 for 5 used wow it’s still in the box too

It's inside crusher is broken in 4 months and we couldn't find anything about the company in online for warranty and amazon customer service couldn't do anything about it

Low standard , low quality, very noisy and vibrate a lot
