Works better than others we've tried.
When these packets were unavailable awhile ago we tried different brands of quick rise yeast and none of them worked as well as this brand. In fact, the latest batch seems to be a little too good and we have to use less than normal for our bread loaves. Will stock up on this item from now on.

Great Yeast, works in colder temps!!
This is great product!! Solved my issue, been in a tropical year round climate hot n humid, came back to USA in Nebraska where its fall and the yeast I bought locally just doesn't rise for hours n hours in colder temps, can't imagine full winter. My sour dough was half the height. Changed to more protein flour in the mix, plus this yeast, and in 1 hour it was already looking ready to do final proofing (shocked), was expecting 3 hours. Tonight my bread came out looking great, and taste is awesome. And, bread is airy and crunchy crust, perfecto.

Great product for Superb bread!
The only negative I have is the yeast sticks to the pouch and I am using a tiny fraction less than recipes call for. The bread is super after using this item. For the cost I paid I think I got a bargain.

Excellent yeast
The yeast itself is great but the little envelopes have a static charge that does not release all the yeast. My recipes call for varying amounts of yeast so it gets annoying having to open two packages and then storing the open envelope in a jar. It would be nice if this product came in 8 ounce packages making it easier to measure out what is needed each time.
