Mikasa French Countryside 40-Piece Dinnerware Set, Service for 8

This Mikasa pattern is hard to find, but Amazon has it in some servings. It / beautiful, and I’m very happy with it.

I’ve had this set for years gave away my old set to my daughter. New Set arrived perfectly fine nothing broken.

This set is everything I hoped it would be. Beautiful, and strong. They do not look or feel cheap. These dishes have a nice weight to them. While they are a little heavy, they are not as heavy as my old set of plain ceramics. I love the that they are not bright white, but are a creamy white. Pretty for every day, and I would be happy to use them for dinner guests. I use mine for my every day. So far they are holding up very well to the daily grind. With a family of five, they get a lot of use. No scrapes from forks or knives, and they do just fine in the dishwasher. I have a feeling that these are going to last my family for many years, and I plan on adding more from this pattern to my collection.

Cute design but NOT WHITE. VERY BEIGE. These will not blend with other white servewere.

They arrived unbroken which was a concern. They're beautiful and sturdy. I had to replace my previous and I'm happy I chose these.

I ordered these for my wife. the first set was refused by the post office because it was so badly damaged. the order was cancelled, so i made a 2nd order. that one arrived heavily taped up (probably the same box from the first order) and it had 3 broken bowls. I called Mikasa support who emailed me and asked for broken bowl pictures and seller information. i sent it, then the next day the asked for the same information again. I'm about to send the whole box back.

the design is beautiful and it looks very posh for this price. i recommend to anyone trying to find a set for fancy dinners / get togethers. good for regular use too.

Love the dishes, arrived on time..... BUT i only have 7 bowls. I would have given a 5 but I have checked box and counted numerous times and short a bowl...... AND MIKASA said its amazons issue . Other purchases have a link to report seller-- not this one. If there are issues with your order -good luck getting it resolved.
