I am very pleased with this soap dispenser. We purchased the brushed nickel. So well made!I wanted something stylish to go with my new kitchen faucet. All others were boring in appearance, due to their straight hard lines. This soap dispenser, is not only sturdy and built very well...it's pleasing to the eye. With its curved nozzle and slanted dispenser head, it compliments my faucet very well. Thank you for offering a product that takes a step outside of the idea box to bring style as well as functionality to everyday home use.My one and only negative, is the brand name Refin is on the top of the dispensing head. It is written with some sort of etching medium, so not as noticeable. It can probably be scratched off easily. Because of my high counter space behind the sink. It's not as visible to me, so it's fine. However, some customers may not like it being there.

We've had other soap dispensers by our kitchen sink that didn't work as purported. The last one would consistently require pushing on the pump head to prime the dispenser. Then overnight it would drain back into the bottle and would require priming all over again.We read reviews on this one and decided to give this one a chance and bought 2 dispensers. We were not disappointed. It was easy to install and dispensed soap every time we pushed on the pump head. There was no loss in priming overnight or after a weekend away!As mentioned before, they have great customer service. When we had an issue with one of the dispensers, we reached out to the vendor and they quickly responded and helped us resolve the issue quickly!

I've had this soap dispenser for over a year and 1/2. It is exactly want I wanted looks wise and works well BUT it dirps all the time! I am going to have to purchase another soap dispenser because I can't deal with all the soap in the bottom of the sink any longer.

You don't do the hard work with it,you just put by sink hole and wash your dishes.

Great item for the money...looks much more expensive than it it & its soooo easy to refill. Just pop the top, pour in the soap & put it right back in... you don’t even have to screw it on! Only one minor complaint... you have to push down on the wide part of the pump & not just the skinny spout that sticks out... it doesn’t want to pump the soap if you try to only push down on that part of the pump. Not a big deal but thought it would mention it. Overall, I am very pleased & would buy again.

I purchased the Della Rosa brand pump, but some of the reviews on this page are for other brands and do not describe this product. For example, there is NOT any brand name embossed on this unit. It's just a handsome unmarked Nickel finish pump. It is a good solid pump at a fraction of what similar pumps cost at big box home stores or plumbing supply houses. It appears to be a generic made-in-China product that's sold under many names on Amazon.It's easy to install, but you should give a little thought to how all the parts will fit together and whether you want to use the rubber gasket supplied with the unit. It comes packed in a plain bubble bag with no documentation or instructions, but none are needed.

2021 Update: Lasted 3.5 yrs. May still buy the same one, but it cracked at the threading that held the bottle up. It is possible I installed a bit too loosely, which could have caused the issue.Original Review:Love it. I installed it within about 15-20 min at home alone and love how large the opening is for putting in the soap. Oh, and I love the simple removal of the pump top for filling. I don't have to be concerned about accidentally unscrewing the bottom half since the top pump just pulls up for filling! When my boyfriend got home I had him hold the top to help me get a tighter seal, though. All good. Looks great! Clears up space on my counter. Totally recommend. Only flaw -- easy to overfill.

This is a nice looking item, however, when you use it, it leaks into the sink, which wastes dish soap.
