Bought this for taking my reading glasses out as I don't wear them a lot, to stop them getting crushed and its fine

Nice size glasses case and fine for the price. The hinge is only 50% the length of the case. The product would be much stronger if this was longer. The case doesn’t look like leather to me even though the description says “ the eyeglasses case has a leather surface. Leather is a popular and durable material for accessories like glasses cases, providing both a stylish look and protection for the glasses”

Great glasses case, very hard and a perfect size for my new prescription glasses, wasnt too sure if my glasses would fit into them. However the one thing that causes me to give this case 3 stars is upon opening, I see a bit of a dent on the side of the case and some slight scratches, not sure if it's been dropped upon packaging or in transit. Slightly unhappy with the case with that tiny bit of denting on the side, but it's still a good hard case moving forward.

Some of my favourite pairs of glasses are my Shuron Ronsir Zyls. For years I've been plagued by how difficult it is to find a case that is actually wide enough for these, as I keep several pairs of spectacles and like to have a study case for storing those I am not currently wearing - especially when I travel. This case is an excellent size and shape for my Shurons, and any other wider-than average frames. Affordable, too. I will definitely buy more of these as need arises.

Bought this in which to store a small item of caravan equipment - sturdy small easily opened box that is not obvious as a spectacles case - just what was needed.

Well made and extremely strong and my glasses fit snugly inside and are well protected.

I use this as a slim travel case for my glasses. It works great and seems to be high quality.

Très belle étui

Ich besitze dieses Hartschalenetui seit 1 Jahr, es ist ein sehr guter Schutz bzw. Transportmittel für meine Brille. Viele andere Etuis haben vom Styling her eher rundlichere, verspieltere Formen. Dieses Etui kommt durch seine rechteckige Grundform ( mit leicht abgerundeten Ecken, Innenmaße = 5 cm breit x 14,5 cm lang) dagegen etwas nüchterner daher, ein bißchen wie ein kleines Kästchen, ist auch deshalb ein klein wenig größer als manch anderes Etui. Es nimmt aber meine Brille gerade deshalb besser auf, weil ich das Brillentuch mit hineinlegen kann, und die Brille dann auch nicht im Etui hin her rutscht. Die äußere Plastik-Oberfläche fühlt sich angenehm, leicht samtig an. Andere Käufer haben lt ihren Berichten wohl auch andere Erfahrungen gemacht: Mein Etui aber ist wirklich sauber verarbeitet und weist nach 1 Jahr keine Abnutzungserscheinungen auf , obwohl ich das Etui als Fernsichtiger täglich mehrfach zur Hand nehme ( - n ) muß. Und vor allem: Der Schließmechanismus ist fest und kräftig. Auch nach einem Jahr in Gebrauch schließt und öffnet sich das Etui wie am Anfang. Da habe ich bei anderen Etuis in der Vergangenheit schon mal andere, schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Bei diesem Etui, über das ich diese Rezension schreibe, zeigt das Scharnier auch nach einem Jahr keine Verschleißerscheinung. Dabei hatte ich eigentlich insgeheim damit gerechnet beim Kauf, so daß ich zur Sicherheit beim Kauf vor 1 Jahr sogar 2 Stück hier bei amazon gekauft hatte, um eine Reserve zu haben. Aber nach wie vor "ruht" das 2. Etui unbenutzt bei mir im Schrank. Einzig hätte ich mir gewünscht, daß auf einer der beiden Schalen ein kleine, farbliche Markierung vorhanden wäre, um sofort zu erkennen, wenn man das Etui in die Hand nimmt, was ist die untere Schale (-nhälfte ) , in die man die Brille hineingelegt hatte. (Aber das ist nur ein kleiner subj. Kritikpunkt. Ich habe mich beholfen und einen ganz kleinen farbigen Punkt auf eine Schalenhälfte aufgeklebt .

Excellent boitier, peu volumineux, solide et léger. Fermeture parfaite et ouverture facile.
