Silicone Cupping Set for Massage, 7 Cups (2L 2M 3S)

Just delivered yesterday & I am a fan! I have had a professional use rubber cups on me but never tried it at home. Quick delivery in full working order. Very easy to use even with applying a cup with one hand or applying to the upper backs of shoulders yourself. I used coconut oil. Great suction, I could even attach and move around doing things around the house without them ever coming off. In the less than 24 hrs I have only tried fixed cupping where you stick it and leave it. I tried this on my shoulders and upper back between blades, upper arms, stomach and feet. The very 1st cup was a little creepy to see your skin sucked up as these are clear but you get over that by the 2nd cup. Does leave a ring when removed. I did leave them on longer than most would but it just felt relaxing. For the most part I went 15-20 mins. Of the 22 spots I cupped I woke up to maybe 9 still showing a “cup kiss” all the way to dark purple circles. Again no pain. Apparently the circle colors are indications of where the therapy is working more from what I read but I am no expert. Definitely looking forward to my next round. Just know depending how you use them, amount of suction & time you may have marks that can take days-weeks to fully disappear. To me a dark purple ring is worth it. Will try cupping with movement on cellulite next.

Exactly what I was looking for. Works great fast shipping very pleased. Would recommend 10/10. Other than traditional glass a flame this is very convenient for my current needs

Update: 4/4/25. I have been using these cups on my husband's back and they certainly help alleviate his pain. I am a licensed massage therapist and have been cupping clients for the past 12years. I had high hopes for these cups when I saw them on Amazon because I needed a new set of silicone cups for work. Pros. The cups came before scheduled delivery and was inside a lovely carry pouch. There is a booklet which tries to explain cupping therapy. Cons. The cups are very small. I would need 6 sets to of these (total of 42) to adequately cover the back of a client. I use 8 with my older set of cups. These cups also do not provide a good vacuum seal. It is a shame. The cups do look nice so I might just use them as a display and a talking point about cupping at my work.

I've been going to PT for several weeks now after a back surgery. My therapist has started cupping to help with the layers under my skin. She said I could buy some to use at home. My husband used it on me last night and it feels exactly the same as when the therapist does it. I got plenty of different sizes in my order. It's made from good quality silicone. I'm very happy with the purchase of this product. My therapist doesn't just stick it on me and leave it. She told me I could use coconut oil on my back, rub it in, then take the silicone cup (I used the large one) and squeeze it, stick it on my skin till it sticks, then slide it around. It feels like a massage. I gave it 4 stars for suction but that's probably because I'm not skilled yet at using them. It's pretty easy though. Pain relief is variable. I still have pain from surgery so it doesn't take that away but when at therapy, I turned my head to one side and had pain. My therapist did cupping and right when she was done I could turn my head with no pain. So I'm sure it helps with some pain.

These are awesome. You can put them on (with lotion on the skin) and walk around for hours and they do not fall off. Wish I would have found these sooner. Much much much better than the hard plastic pump ones.

This product was recommended by my 15 yr old daughter's professional masseuse. Due to the COVID pandemic, her schooling was at home for the year because we have a bedridden grandmother in our home. The cups take care of the knots and are easy to use!!! I was searching for the right product by reading the reviews but that got me nowhere. So, I turned to her masseuse who has recommended this product to many of her customers. She was right! I found them easy to use and the only training I received was from my daughter. Mostly, yeah mom...like that. We visited family this past week and she used them on her brother who is training for a boxing match. He loved them as well. The cups brought the blood to the surface and really helped reduce his large knotted muscles and they didn't bruise his skin. I would suggest that you try Cup Therapy with a professional masseuse and if it works for you then purchase this product!!!

These are easy to use and do create suction, but they seem to not be "deep" enough. I'm in my 30s and thin, so my skin is still fairly taut, but when the larger cups the skin that gets pulled in hits the inner rim. I still feel that the cups are doing something, but I'm not sure they feel as effective as other ones I've used in both suction and pain reduction.

Had cupping for the first time during a massage last weekend. Immediately went home and ordered these. I've used them on my neck, back, hip and knees. They work so well. Strong suction. Wasn't expecting to feel so relaxed while using them but it honestly puts me into a zen like state. Drink a lot of water after to flush the toxins it pulls. Wake up the next day feeling like a new person. Well at least a less sore person. Highly recommend.
